Upon arrival, you will find the unit located on the 3rd floor of the building on the corner closest to the ocean.

There is a parking pass in the unit with a detailed explanation about the parking rules for this unit. There are parking spots in the main portion of the building, some of them are tandem, and you can find an additional 3 parking spots located on the side of the building facing Britannica Arms.

You may park tandem in these spots, with a dashboard placard (found in unit) with your phone number if parking behind someone. This allows them to contact you if they need you to move your car, when you are parked behind them.

There is NO PARKING in the three spaces facing the ocean (South). These are reserved for our resident-owners. There is a sign above that carport indicating so.
